For product support, privacy questions, or a request concerning connected-platform data, email service@flyingclub.io.

Use an email address authorized for the affected BAiR merchant workspace. Include the workspace or business name and the connected platform. For account-specific requests, include the connected business-account identifier or public handle when available.

Protect your account. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, or sensitive message contents by email.

Verification

We may ask for additional information needed to verify that you are authorized for the workspace before we act on an account or deletion request.
