Terms of Service
Last updated September 21, 2026
These Terms govern access to BAiR, a service operated by Web3 Data Limited, a Taiwan company. If a merchant has a signed order form or other agreement with Web3 Data Limited for BAiR, that agreement also applies and controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
Eligibility and authority
BAiR is provided for business use. You may use BAiR only if you are legally able to accept these Terms and are authorized to act for the merchant workspace and each third-party account you connect. You are responsible for keeping user access current and for removing access when a person is no longer authorized.
Connected accounts
You choose which supported third-party accounts, resources, files, and permissions to connect. You must have all rights and permissions needed to let BAiR process that information and perform the feature you select. The connected platform's terms and policies continue to apply. Platform availability, permission decisions, quotas, and API changes are controlled by the platform, and BAiR does not guarantee that a platform will approve or continue a connection.
Acceptable use
You must not use BAiR to break the law, infringe another person's rights, access an account without authorization, send unlawful or deceptive communications, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe another tenant, or use connected data for a purpose prohibited by the connected platform. You must not provide passwords or access tokens through support requests.
Merchant content and instructions
As between the merchant and Web3 Data Limited, the merchant retains its rights in content and business information it provides or authorizes BAiR to access. The merchant gives Web3 Data Limited permission to process that information as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested BAiR features and as described in the BAiR Privacy Policy. The merchant is responsible for its instructions, content, legal notices, and communications sent through or exported from BAiR.
Service changes and availability
We may change BAiR to improve it, address security or legal requirements, or respond to third-party API changes. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect BAiR, a connected platform, a merchant, or another person, or when use violates these Terms. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disconnecting and ending use
You can revoke BAiR's future access through the third-party platform. To request help disconnecting the corresponding BAiR connection, contact us from an address authorized for the merchant workspace. A merchant may stop using BAiR subject to any signed agreement. Sections that by their nature should continue after access ends remain effective, including provisions about rights, responsibility for prior use, disclaimers, and applicable limits.
Third-party services
BAiR may interoperate with third-party platforms and service providers. Web3 Data Limited does not control their services, terms, review decisions, or availability. Your use of a third-party service is governed by your agreement with that provider.
Availability and data accuracy
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BAiR is provided on an “as available” basis. Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or changed by the third-party provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Payment, warranty, indemnity, liability, governing-law, and dispute terms in an applicable signed agreement remain in effect.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the updated version with a new date. If a change materially affects a service governed by a signed agreement, notice will be provided as required by that agreement or law. Questions about these Terms may be sent to service@flyingclub.io.
